Goals Pros

Goals Pros is a mini-course designed for all ages and demographics to approach their goal setting journey through a new lens by using five systems. When it comes to goal setting it requires patience and dedication to the task. The goal of this presentation is for participants who watch to have a better understanding of what goals are and how they can be applied to all aspects of their daily routine. Becoming self-aware requires being open to new changes and perspectives that come their way as everyone's life is customized to their own personal experience and environments that they are exposed to since childhood.

Goals Pros is an excellent course as an introduction to how to build sustainable goals and create a healthy relationship with ourselves. This course is for all age and demographic groups as it's something that we can all relate to in our lives. Once we understand the basic concepts along with the five systems taught, it allows the opportunities for more doors to open for you.
